WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
OK HERE’S THE NITTY GRITTY….
LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT
Please cancel your appointment prior to 24hrs. of Service otherwise a late fee will be added on your Credit Card for your next appointment. We will hold your spot for 5mins *no later* unless otherwise communicated/approved with the stylist. If your a no show you will be charged a no show fee of $30. Any service over $50 will be charged 50% of the service using the Credit Card on file.
WAIVERS
Microneedling & SMP clients are required to sign a waiver of service. This is non-negotiable and part of our safety protocol.
MASKS
All artists are required to wear a face covering during all services. It is highly advised to all client to wear a face covering during services/training while in the studio, though it's not required by law and your own right to choose if you as a client are exposed to COVID-19 while in the studios we will not be held responsible.
COVID-19 & SAFTY PROTICOL
All artists & educators have been trained in safety & sanitation along with CDC public health certified education training. WE WILL NEVER ASK OR REQUIRE YOU TO SHOW PROOF OF VACCINE that is not our vibe. We do require you come in good health free of illness.
REFUNDS
All services are nonrefundable. NO refunds will be given.
Unhappy with your service? We will gladly fix anything with in 48hrs of the original service. Any blow dry styles or anything added to the service extra will be a charge. By booking a service you agree to not hold the studio and artist responsible for lost items or damages.
Products purchased are non-returnable once taken from the studio.
APPOINTMENTS
Due to life appointments my change or be re-booked upon request within 24hrs. of service time. Credit Cards are required to book any service. Cards will not be charged until your Appointment is done. All Color Appointments require a text consultation which includes a photo of your current hair and a photo of your desired look. All color appointments are subject to change due to price or supplies and time spent on the color service.
Sometimes things happen and your appointment may be cancelled. We can't guarantee walk in times nor walk in waits its first come first served. If an appointment is booked prior to a walk in that appointment is first, walk ins are then put on list . We highly recommend booking appointments!!

We hold razor & microneedling training monthly please subscribe to our list below to stay up to date.
all education is done by licensed instructors & all education is not used for state board hours nor do hours go towards any licensed hours needed to complete state board . All classes are nonrefundable . All classes are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT METHODS
We gladly take VENMO app, PayPal, Cash, Apple Pay, Debit/Credit cards *could accrue a processing fee of $1.00 depending on stylist.
SOCIAL MEDIA
Photography Is taken in the studio for social media marketing, stylist will ask permission first before any photos are taken. these are used for F&BS only. You may repost any photos or ask for a copy.
HOURS
Our hours are 10am-5:30pm Mon-Sat with after hours from 6:30pm-8pm Upon Request a $100 fee is applied if approved by artist. Please call or text us to confirm stylist hours, if your looking for an after hour service please message us in advance don't show up after business hours please. Walk-In Clients are Welcome to drop by but all Walk-In visits are not Guaranteed, Appointments are Recommended.
